The COVID-19 infection has highlighted the most vulnerable patients. Indeed, patients suffering from another pathology including NCDs such as Arterial Hypertension (Hypertension), diabetes, cancers and respiratory diseases are paying a heavy price for this pandemic. We undertook study in Niger to better document comorbidity cross-sectional that brought together hospitalized at Niamey General Reference Hospital one or more NCDs. Among 273 March 19 June 03, 2020, 34.8% had non-communicable disease associated with COVID-19. average age of was 55 years (22 94 years) sex ratio 2.64 (72.5 % men 27.5% women). represented NCD 24.5%, followed by diabetes 17.9% cases, 3.66% other (Heart disease, Obesity, Dyslipidemia, Gout, Chronic renal failure) 3%. Health workers were affected 38.6% cases. consultation time 3.77 days extremes ranging 1 8 days. clinical symptoms characterizing two main groups (hypertensive diabetic) almost identical. It consisted mainly cough, fever, chills, sore throat rhinorrhea.
